It's virtually impossible for the programmers to fix every single configurational bug that appears, Bryster. While the bug might not appear on a p3 with 512mb or RAM and this and that software, it might on an identical one that's not running something else. It's really up to the Gods, to be diplomatic.

PHP is a superior language and experience than the cgi or whatever we had before. In every sense. What I would suggest is that you either consider switching to more universally-accepted standards (i.e. ie, firefox, opera) for your browsing needs, or just finding some sort of a dirty workaround (disable certain programs while visiting this place, etc).

There really isn't a one-size-fits-all on this. And if the problems continue, solutions have to be found on your end, unfortunately. Unless, of course, the problem appears with other systems as well.
