The Tractor Supply characters aren't even animated.  They're just dolls.  Nothing moves, except the camera. 

Posette and Dork are commonly used by CourtTV to reenact crime scenes for their true crime shows.  They use the stock clothing and hair, too, so it's really distinctive.
