Now that I think of it, that practice hardly in most cases meets the criteria of being a fetish:

An object or bodily part whose real or fantasied presence is psychologically necessary for sexual gratification and that is an object of fixation to the extent that it may interfere with complete sexual expression.

I suppose we must add an "act" in the case of the inflation thing.
