I'm sure this is one of the things that will be fixed when the patch finally comes out. In the meantime you can search through the character's .obj or .cr2 files for lines that start with 'g' but nothing after it. These are unlabled groups. (Generally groups start out with a line that looks like this: 'g rForeArm'. If you find a line that starts with just a 'g' (and no body part name right after it), delete that line. Of course, save a backup copy of the .cr2 or .obj file in question first.
