Hello once again stew451!!

Where did you see that windows sees your 4GB of memory! you mean in the system information tool!

I want you please to right click on your my computer icon on the desktop > propereties and when that window popsup.. Read the last part under your processor information please.. What is the actual memory in use out of 4GB.. System Info will show what your Bios and your motherboard see. But they are not in use...

Unless you will tell me that after right clicking on my computer then properties it will show you 4.0GB of ram! Please provide me with more info.. thank you again..
