You would require another program to assemble the animation video.  There are a number of programs available.  The main thing to look for is that the program will handle the image file format.  I sometimes use JASC Animation Shop, VideoWave and/or ScreenBlast.  There must be dozens available though.  There is also a number of free programs.  Virtual Dub is a good application.
