As one of the individuals who pre-ordered the upgrade to Hexagon 2, I had expected that by this time today you would have the new Hexagon 2 download links in your in-box. We have set-up a dedicated source specifically to deliver the download links to those who pre-ordered the upgrade.

We are ready to send them. Unfortunately, the server that hosts the email blast service in France is experiencing problems that cannot be fixed right now. Given the time difference, the situation cannot be corrected until business opens there tomorrow.

We will have this situation fixed early tomorrow morning Paris time and have the links to you shortly thereafter.
