Actually, you wouldn't be getting the extra $100.00 worth of stuff if you didn't pre-order.  Although I did preorder and got the $100.00 voucher, i can't use it as there is nothing there i want that can be bought using vouchers.  Everything I want is by the brokered artists. (Yea, i know I can use the vouchers for 50% of them, but that means i have to spend more money to use the daggum voucher.
