Well, I purchased Hexagon 1.1 about a month ago. I paid $199. I got a free upgrade to Hexagon 2. I'm peeved that I had an advance order for it and that I can't download it from the link I received. And yet over at DAZ people were buying it for $1.99 and downloading it before me. That's what burns me the most. I'm also a member over at DAZ so I was able to buy it for $1.99 and download it there in 35 minutes. It seems to me the right thing to do would have been to offer it to the people who purchased it in advance a few days before this other happened.

I also did not receive a voucher for $100 or anything else. I wrote to DAZ and I'm sure they'll fix it, but right now it's like throwing salt in the wound.
