Subject: ShaderStyle or VectorStyle 2 - which one is best?

ShaderStyle or VectorStyle 2 – I’m just wondering which one is best.  I have to say that the images produced from VectorStyle 2 (seen on Eovia’s web site) are what I’m looking for (trying to get as close too Swift 3D as possible). However ShaderStyle looks like it’s possible to output an image in a vector style that looks pretty good (as well as being able to produce several additional styles). Both plug-ins are about the same price – can ShaderStyle create vector images as well as VectorStyle 2?

Cheers

Shaderstyle does not produce vector images, they just look like it ('cell shading'). VectorStyle can actually output Flash, Adobe Illustrator and eps files. That can be handled in those applications. The Ravix II engine that is used to produce the vector files is actually the same one Swift 3D uses. Regards, Hoof

Shader Style is a 4Pack of useful DCG plugins. Toon Pro is one of them,  that does cell shading. Vector style as stated, is one plugin that actually outputs vector files. The description of shader style is at eovia.com or look at the individual plugins at digitalcarversguild.com
