It just means you give e-on the right to publish the pictures submitted in any way they deem appropriate for promotional purposes. That would include the use in promotional and marketing material in the future for anything in their product line. Wouldn't mean they would use it, just that you release them to do so if they want to. It does not mean that they have the right to anything you create with their software.
