I have four gigs on a dual Xeon (even though one of them is never used by 32-bit XP). I still get out of memory errors! ;)
The only way to overcome this is:
64-bit computer which accepts more than 2-4GB memory. (check)
64-bit OS (check for both Windows and MacOS - and Linux and other OSs)
... and the crucial one dependent upon eFrontier
64-bit Poser (nope)
No way around that last one. Even if everything is 64-bit and you have terabytes of memory, all of no use without a 64-bit application to utilize it.
C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the
foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg
off.
