Only because of the way you package your files. If you took the time to read the thread I linked to above, you would see that there is some very helpful information in there that will make your files 5 to 9 MB each, comparative to most poser files out there. There is no reason to have 1 model 300 MB in size.

One can have a permanent archive of their files within 3 minutes of downloading them. All they have to do is stick in one of their own CDs and burn the file.

I'm sorry, but whatever reasons you can come up with to keep it the way it is, I can come up with as many or more for you to change it. You would have far more sales if you offered download, but then again maybe you are so rich that you don't need the extra money that downloads would generate for you.

I'll bet you a cup of coffee that if you offered the option to either download the file or have it burned to CD and shipped snail mail for $7.00 that no one  would opt to have it shipped snail mail.  As for buying $30.00 worth of product to get free shipping.  Some of us can't afford to spend that kind of money at one time and need to break up our purchases into smaller amounts.  Plus factor in the exchange rate and $30 USD comes to more than that for us Canadians, which makes it even harder to come up with that kind of money in one fell swoop.

As I have said, you are missing out on lots of sales by digging in your heels and refusing to grow with the times.
