If I remember correctly, the initial complaint was that someone whom apparently had never tried 3d modeling created a nice character and released it out of the blue. Impossible because of the amount of work required to create a mesh of the human form.
With that in mind, all evidence that attempts to prove the meshes are the same seems to show modeling skill that the original claim says could not have been there and that someone has decided they are the only person in the world skillful enough to create a mesh of the human form.
Those of you that feel Poserdom has taken a step back towards mediocrity need to remember that we cannot rely on one person to model everything. I don't care how good they are. There are others that are now learning this craft that will rise above current achievements.
To discourage budding artists will leave the community stagnant. Anyone that feels they should hold a monopoly on design is trying to keep the community from growing. I would rather be part of a community that encourages novice creators into greatness than one that finds a mark it considers perfection and sits around content.
