Could be. Anyway - its a bug, and they should fix it. I can understand it didn't matter when nobody had more than 256 MB of RAM, but now everyone has 2 GB, even people who don't do 3D start having it.
Not to mention we're about to switch to 64 bit.
UH, not everyoine has 2GB of RAM.
