I also recive this e-mail every month and it is very frustrating. To recive a discount that you can never use. It is like teasing a child with a piece of candy they can never reach. (being I have 5 kids I know the danger to ones life for doing this LOL)

My son and I do 3D art together and love it. There are many things that we want to get and we never recive an offer that we can use. 

I hope that this can be fix and that we can start getting the regular discount offers that others seem to get. I know this would make my son and I jump for joy and my hubby running to hid the credit card. LOL:)
