I just used her the other day... without issues..
Load A3
Apply Magnets
Apply Pose (1/2 Elf or Elfling)
Add Clothes
Conform Clothes
Select Clothes
Apply A3 clothes setup pose file (making sure to pick the right one)
hide parts and cleanup face (prefer my one as well)..
