I followed those exact steps, on that exact image, with that exact user, in four separate browsers: Safari, Netscape, Firefox, and Internet Exploer (on Windows except for Safari). I simply did not get this error. We cannot figure it out. All I can say is hopefully once the conversion process is finished and everything's over there, you'll never see it again. Sorry, man.
