First of all: no blow up. Second: no jpg.
You'll need some 300dpi, translated into 300 pîxels per inch. You want 20x30 inch? You need 6000x9000 pixels.
Render as tiff, burn on a cd and there you go.

For good colours you better have a good and well-calibrated monitor.
