Ok, maybe the artist drought is over, dunno yet. Anyway, any suggestions? Oh, clouds are bryce rocks, horse was from 3d cafe as I recall, wings were done in Fauve Matisse in Gray using Peter Sharp's bat wings tutorial. Star is axion filter plugin for photoshop.

Eric, I just love the axion plugin, don't you? (Check out the "Lucius Nebula" image I did with it!) Sooo much control! :) And I love the soft fluffy clouds, how did ya' do it with rocks? I read a tut somewhere about using terrains as clouds, but it never really worked for me. All in all, nice image!

miden, I put the rocks up there and just selected a cloud texture. Mazilla has the .br4 and is helping with some of the concerns I have. She made texture changes to the left wing and repositioned it. I retextured the right wing. Will ~~~~ a new image when I get it worked around again. What's the link to your site for the Lucius Nebula?

It's here in the Beginner gallery. Better yet, just go to my gallery here on Renderosity. (Might be easier than paging through the beginner gallery looking for it!)

Thanks miden, great images. Now I have another question. Did you mask the ship to get axion behind it or did you bring a 2d image into Bryce and put the ship in front of it?
