Ah, I see your point now.

Well that is in part because of the shaders that I used in her. I wanted to have an effect of being very smooth since the skin of the asian ladies that I know is just like that. You don't see pores open or blemishes or freckles if she is like a feet away from you.

But the morph is what it counts, you can use another one more "textured" in the shader nodes and you will have different results but she will still look asian and younger.
