how could they change the jps and have them work with existing products?  to my understanding, that's just not possible for conforming clothes and probably won't matter anyway for dynamic.   do you mean textures?  well, that remains to be seen, doesn't it?  a mesh can have different mappings (for example, the v3 mapped maya doll).

i have more free original morphs for miki than for v3.  i don't have as many clothes, but i do have a lot.  i don't have any free textures.  so if you aren't finding any free miki add-ons, poke through freestuff, these forums and content paradise again.

i don't find it that weird that people are making non-asian characters with her.  i think asian is a much more neutral base for other races than caucasian.  i'm not so much into samyra (she always looks hue shifted to me), but camielle for miki is by far the most realistic black female for poser, imho.  don't get me wrong, i'd rather see more realistic asian characters (korean, thai, etc.) than ones we already have.  but i understand the inclination to do other races as well.

i find miki's body has a much more realistic shape than any of the unimesh crew, especially that of steph petite, who has a very oddly shaped body imho.  as for her joints... well, i like her shoulders and ankles better than v3's, and her forearms worse.  to really compare, i'd have to get poses from an independent source (like dance images from the web), and attempt to reproduce them.  i find i adjust for the unimesh crew, especially with leg bends (hate that flattened thigh), so just comparing the poses i've already used wouldn't be fair.

i hope in g2 they make a more appropriate koji.  he looks a good decade or two older than miki, and his body is the same as james.  i haven't bought him both because it feels silly paying so much for a new head for james.  i'd really prefer a more suitable counterpart for miki.

in general, i still really love miki, but don't use her much.  why?  i have about 4 textures for her, including her default.  same goes for glamorous jessi, only more so.  james doesn't even have many textures for sale.  the freebies i most miss are skins.
