Unless something has changed recently, you have to buy two licenses. But there used to be a crossgrade offer on a download only version of the "other" platform. But, the Mac version of Poser is not nearly as good as the PC version (IMO) and I'd recommend just the PC version for crossplatform users, especially with Apple's switch to Intel and Bootcamp.
