People come into these Internet Parlors where they pay to use popular bootlegged software. But it has gone from the word-processing/desktop publishing level on to programs like Poser and other 3D Apps... People are sold hour blocks of time, and can also purchase, all the "free" models that have been downloaded from U.S. and other high-speed websites. For many people in these other countries, this is their only access to the internet. In addition, CD's of the downloads are sold too. So actually, new 3D models are constantly being "harvested" for these closed-loop internet and CD operations, which are quite profitable for their operators, since they only have to make a relatively small hardware investment and have at least one high-speed modem. Business is great, and they are rapidly expanding all over the world...
