You can open the psp file in the Paint Shop and export the file like PNG:

File >>> Export >>>  PNG Optimizer (color - 24 bits / Transparency - Alpha channel - Existing image or layer / Format - non-interlaced) >>> OK

The you can open the file into your Photoshop and save like a PSD file if you want.
