I'm not sure how to comment on this one. It took me awhile to quite figure it out -'Common Sewer' rather than consumer, ha ha.

Wine taken in moderation is actually healthy, in that it produces sugars that burn off the colesterol in the blood.
In Judaism, its symbolic of the joy of life, and requires the pronouncement of a special blessing, both before and after imbibing. But like all good things in life, when taken to excess, its effects can be deleterious rather than beneficial.
