Technically, no.  It's not o.k. to post porn there.  Actual porn is a violation of YouTube's TOS agreement, and may result in bannings.  The site's content is monitored by moderators and the user community itself, and offensive content is usually removed promptly.

Of course, some people seem to enjoy pushing the boundaries ....
