This an error which sometimes occurs. It is usually transient. It can happen for several reasons, some of which might include 'rosity staff updating "ez" server (which will be happening quite often during the change-over), especially if they're using automated software to do something (I don't know, just a semi-educated guess)..

Best way to get round it is to try later....
