Sherman, I'm not aure on this as it was a few weeks ago when I installed my free Vue 2, and I'm not famous for my great memory , but I think that mjustmike is right and I only had to email them for the registration - I know that I've got an email from E-on in my "important" folder with my registration number on it anyway.
