However, you simply CANNOT anticipate EVERY SINGLE LITTLE problem until you have 1,800 people online at one time and those LITTLE problems become very BIG problems very QUICKLY.

Please try to understand that.

Please understand this .... you should not have started a new project before the last one is ready for 100%.

Im not talking about making everybody happy with the new layout or funtions but what you offer MUST work 100% before starting something new.

 

I and now i speak personaly dont get any  Ebot any more ... not a comment ebot not a new topic ebot not nothing.. and every time is mention this i hear/read wel after the new upgrade we fix it etc etc ...

That stinks a little does it not... make something work and then go further not make it  work 70%and see what happens.

As far is i can count now there are at least 4 key elements of site "units" are not working 100% not even for 70%.

New Ebots Not working 100%

New site mail not working 100%

New forums Not working 100%

New gallery not working 100%

That will cost them members and member are costumers so it will cost them income...

Dont think that we because we are art freaks we dont have a clue about servers or how things work in this field of work .. a lot of us do...

To give you a idea for 8 months now i see all kind of server errors on this site..thats a total no no.

And every time some one "complains" about it its never ever R'o fault ... but do you understand that when some one try to login to this site to look for something new to buy and he cant login time after time he will take his money elsewere.... thats money down the drain for R'o

Lot of people check the gallery's to see the item they wanna buy "product gallery" or other memeber using that product to see how it looks in many ways. before spending the ca$h..

You cant when the site is a mess ... so dont complain about us having no patience we are having more patience then the programers deserve so far..

And to your repley, a little problem X 1800 =  A BIG PROBLEM ...
