There are actually several decent outfits, and not expensive at all, that fit GND.   I love her, especially her body, and hardly use any other character for V3 now.

I also love Irina,  but have been bummed by the lack of outfits available for her.  I'm really hoping that the update will encourage people to start making things for her.  She is definately worthy of the attention.
