Subject: product problem

Hi.. I purchased a product thru the market place within the past couple of days to find the product is missing rsr and pz2 files which are part of the product and listed in the readme.txt.  without them the product is incomplete and cant be used fully.

Ive contacted the vendor both via email from their page here.. and also via the contact email address in the readme.txt

What would be seen as a reasonable amount of time to wait for a reply from the vendor?

Any help appreciated

72 hours is the most you should have to wait for a reply from a vendor.  If you don't hear back from them within that time frame of contacting them, please email store@renderosity.com so that one of us can look into it.

Have they picked up your site mail yet?

with all the changes that have been going on with the site over the past few days.. what is site mail? yes i know where the link is for it.. is that what used to be known as private/instant messaging?.. or does going to their page and sending them an email from there do the same thing?

If site mail is the new equivelant of the former.. then I will send them a message via that instead

Yes, sitemail is the equivalent of the old instant messaging system.  You should send them a sitemail so you can be sure it's picked up by them.

I found a bug in your site:

On some galleries, at statistics, everybody has "uploaded 1 images since joining on ..." (for example teoratiu, tofi are in this case / tiberiu or anghel are ok)

Ok.. i sent the merchant a site mail concerning the product on 16 June and at this point they dont seem to have picked up the message.  I had also emailed them earlier that day at the email addy listed in the readme file.. and have received no reply to that either.

Help please :o)

Just wondering if this is being looked into?  I've had no contact with the vendor since trying to initially cntact them.. I'd purchased this product for a commercial project I am working on and am unable to use it fully due to the pose file for the letter 'i' missing.

I tried contacting the vendor, I believe I cc'ed you on the email.  I haven't gotten a response.  At this point all I can do is offer you a refund for the purchase.  I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication on the vendors behalf.

Please let me know if this is what you'd like me to do.
