Yesss i have finally found the solution for my problem. When i put my Iso level up between 400-650 my shutter speed between 1/5 - 1/10 seconds and my aperture at f2.8 my subject is frozen perfectly and sharp and i will have the ambient lights!! I want to thank everybody who has tried to help me with this!!
