I'm still waiting for a reply from admin. But I tried asking for password to be sent a few more and the third time I got a response. The password was the same as i have been putting in and trying it again did not work. However ... I tried the link that was sent in the e-mail and after a long delay it has logged me in. But I still have to ask the question why does the system require you to log in three times ... once for each server. It is illogical, un-userfriendly and irritating. From my point of view as a programmer it is lazy programming without the user in mind. For someone using the site, they should not have to worry about what server they are on ... it is the same site and the same service to them.
