I don't like it that much either but I've took one of the provided CSS styles from the community forum, changed it a bit to what I want and now the gallery looks nice again. Actually the image upload is not complicated. I've uploaded yesterday and it all went smooth. But besides that, I still liked it better as it was before, including the old forum.
