I know your budget (300 EUR), but if you can manage it - I would save up for a Nikon AF-S Nikkor 18 - 200 mm f/3.5-5.6G DX ED VR lens for your Nikon D200.  I'm saving up for this lens myself!

It will run you about 600 EUR, but you can sell your existing lens to recoup some of the expense.
