i recommend that previous Irina buyers delete their current Irina directories before installing:

Runtime/Libraries/Pose/Blackhearted Irina MAT
Runtime/Libraries/Pose/Blackhearted Irina Pose
Runtime/Libraries/Character/Blackhearted Irina

the new Irina will be installed into Poses>Blackhearted Irina 2
the original head textures/makeups will be overwritten (the new ones are superior) so the old MATs will not work. if you wish to back up the old head morph, you can grab the !rina Inject.pz2 file from the old Poses>Blackhearted Irina MAT folder and save it somewhere (perhaps rename it !rina Inject OLD.pz2 and put it in the new Irina folder). the new head morph is far better though, so id rather noone keep the old one :)

some of the new content uses poser 5/6 materials (displacement, noise, etc) -- these will still render fine in Poser4, it just ignores the advanced shader info.
