This is as far as I got with my bat, looking at it again it seems a pity that I can finish it off, but I got stuck with the menbrane wings and his neck/shoulder region looks too long to me... only without starting all over again I couldn't see how to fix it.  Mind you even WITH starting all over again I couldn't do better, I'd probably get to exactly the same stage... after a month or two...  I just don't seem to be able to visualise how to get from the beginning (cylinder) to the end (- nice bat)
