What edition of Vue are you using ?

Are you importing OBJs or PZ3s ?
Do you have "Resize and center imported objects" checked ?

esprit and pz3's!

is this a common problem?

thanks n!

Quote - is this a common problem?

No idea.

Having had a try at this, unchecking "Group figures as single meshes" seemed to be what was needed.

Make sure you have "Use external binary morph targets" unchecked when saving from Poser.

Remember when asking questions, give plenty of information.
You can tell what's likely to be relevant from other threads, but which version, and what options your using for a particular operation are generally going to be important.

ok - thanks for the tips ill have another go i have been un-checking external binery bizness so will try the group as single meshes bit and see if that works!

thanks again your help is really appreciated!

There used to be a problem in Vue 4 (pro and espirit) where materials with the same name on different figures/props were not imported properly, this may be a pain but import each unit seperatly into vue and set the room up there would be your best option..

Of course I have never had this problem since I switched to Vue Infinite... it collapses materials, but everything imports in where it belongs and shows up.. but that's an expenisve fix..
