It depends on what you mean by "Southern Belle". Do you have a picture to show what style you are looking for?
To me "Southern Belle" could be anything from long and straight or long and curly to upswept or even a bun style.
FK Designs at 3D Commune has some fancy upswept hair called "Divine" hair. There are loads of upsweep styles in this MP too. Search the MP for "Hair" and you will find several hair styles. If you buy something, make sure you are buying the actual hair and not just a texture for the hair because there are many texture packages for the various hair styles too.

Mylochka has a hairstyle that is exactly what you want. BUT... WHERE is his/her site, I don't remember. If nobody gives you the URL, look up that name in a Google Search, you should come up with it. The hairstyle you're looking for is called Miss Ruby and Miss Ruby Bangs. Then there are many other nice hairstyles that you could use. One from the Western movies, a Gold-Digger hair, and many others.

Thanks Acadia! Did you download the hair products while you were there or did you already have them and forgot? ;o)

I already have all of the hair from there and I use it quite often, especially since I got WW. But to me it looks more 60's and Victorian than "Southern Belle." I wasn't aware that there was a particular style that southern girls wear or wore.

a lot of her (his?) stuff is from Star Trek. There's all sorts of hair types..if you mean 'big hair' (Texas style), Ktaylor is the way to go..;)
If you mean the 19th Century kind of things (locks on the side, sort of curled and tucked), I dunno. Do you have a picture you could show us?

I think the "Miss Ruby Hair' (from the above Star Trek link) is the closest you're going to get to the Anti-Bellum Southern Belle look, if that's what you're goal is. True, it looks more like an old western dance hall girl style, but then many of those dance hall girls in the 1870's were probably displaced Southern Belles. (Sherman's march through Georgia and the Southern States probably did more to help settle the west than anything previously in American History).

Can anyone point me to a good set of Southern Belle type hair... for purchase or freebie.
Thanks!
