"Get the rivet to look the way you want it to look, THEN duplicate the layer. Much easier that way ... unless you create all your rivets on one layer first. That's easiest, too."
okay, either way will do - so how DO I duplicate one rivet to (for instance) repeat down one side of a texture?
If I just duplicate the layer (20 - or 5 times) all I'll have is 20 rivets all on top of each other and then when I flatten the layers so I have a texture I can use in Bryce - all I'll have is one (possibly very thick) rivet - please please, help?
