I tried contacting the vendor, I believe I cc'ed you on the email.  I haven't gotten a response.  At this point all I can do is offer you a refund for the purchase.  I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication on the vendors behalf.

Please let me know if this is what you'd like me to do.
