He may be able to help out too. jt411, in my opinion the first was the best, but yes it's a close call between the first and second, an excellent film in it's own right. I did some looking around. The Alien Drone by Antares and Virus is a model of the AvP Alien. The Alien V2.0 By Virus and SixPackWolf is the creature from Alien Resurrection. Here is a head shot of the one I'm looking for. Again, it's from the first film and the original Giger design.
