Sweetheart (Mizrael), you don't need to. When inside of Poser 6, get into cloth room, select Edit Constrained Groups. Use Lit Wire viewing mode. Click on the vertices at ze top edge of ze booties.  Should keep 'em up, but best you run the simulation and check. Me now slightly weird.
