Here, I made you a basic structure.  All you have to do is download it, and place it wherever you want your external runtimes to be.  Change the name to whatever you want your external runtime to be. 

If you want more than 1 external runtime, make as many copies of it as you like, and change the name of each one to whatever your runtimes will be called.
