:huh: I´m sorry but i´m gonna disagree with you all. Because that must be the dumbest product i´ve ever seen. LOL. And such great selling arguments as well

Yeah...somehow i don´t think people shoot in RAW only for the white balance sake. :glare: And even if RAW-format was only good for that one thing, i´d still think it was alot easier customizing my whitebalance afterwards on my computer instead of mounting that filter each time. But hey, that might just be me. Somehow there´s got to be a market for it or they wouldn´t manufactor it. 
How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when
isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is
supposed to be fire and brimstone?

I could be wrong,but I don't think that's what they meant about shooting in RAW...just that you wouldn't need to do that type of postwork adjusting if you use their product....At least that's how I read it. :^/

Many issues about w/b, I think it is probably a good idea if you are shooting Jpeg, but if shooting raw it seems a little redundant.
Also one more gadget to fumble and drop lol, doing a custom w/b isn’t a big problem for many people, you also need to custom w/b when the light changes, so that means digging this gadget out of your bag again. So probably no easier than using a white card.
Quite expensive too.
Anyway not to be all negative and all that, I think this gadget would be useful for some people, although I feel that the type of people that are seriously into photography wont generallyhave w/b problems and will be quite happy to do it their way and save the money for something else.

Nope not used or seen it used.
Seems very expensive to me for what can be done with a simple card.

I have home-made white cards and purchased gray cards. When white balance or exposure needs tweeking, that is handy enough. At work, where I am the "resident" product photographer(because I have the camera and macro lens) with no real lighting set-up, I simply do a custom white balance and alter if need be. That is simple enough for me and easy enough at mimimal expense. If I can't get decent white balance then I shoot in raw.     My 1 cent worth.   TomDart.
