The República Dominicana, is a poor country but quite ahead of the raveges of Haiti, next door. These people need all they can get to advance in some way and formulate life.  Sure, some are ahead of others and any efforts to bring education and benefit are wonderful.  

I thank you for this work.  I do hope it is successful and some may be brought back home to the people of the DR.
