Thanks Claymor, the really strange thing is they keep wanting to bring in a contractor to fix the place up, while we're still here.....fat chance of that, cause once I put a box down it isn't moving until the moving guys move it,. Also we still haven't gotten a lease in writting. Looks like the place they were going to lease us, the investor might want to turn now for the money. That ain't happenin' either, they said 'that ' house from the beginning, and I'm going to make them stick with it. No change ups after the paperwork on our house is done, that's a scam if I ever heard one. They are going to make good their word, or I'm writting a letter to the editor of the local papers and Denver's papers. And send a report to Better Business Bureau too. There are companies out there that would love to get their teeth into one of these 'buy your house quick' guys.....

So, I told Todd, no one sets foot in this house unless we have a signed lease, or the deal falls through, and we stay. I'll look for a way to redeem the house, actually we're caught up, and if we make the payments to the bank we might have some footing there.....
