I dunno I think I'd be talking with the district attorney at this point. seems there is something shady going on. You definately need someone who's past the Colorado Bar and specializes in forclosures  to advise you before you do that. I seems they're in a big hurry to get this done. if the DA feels the company acted improperly, he or she might be able to grant a stay of execution which means they couldn't forclose until the mess is straightened out. It would give you the time to orginize a legal response and perhaps even file a countersuit.

If you know they're right on the other hand and know you have no legal recourse then your mest move is to just move on and move out. 

In the Immortal words of John Paul Jones who's ship appeared to be sinking and was about to be boarded by the British as I understand it rallied his men with the battle cry "I have not yet bagun to fight!" rumor has it he won that battle but I never saw anything about it in the Fresno Bee.
