well, 3d cafe` used to have that stuff..but I think they've gone pay. Poser comes with dogs and cats, but that's expensive as well. Content Paradise has animal models on a regular basis, just not always the domestic kind.

Check with the Poser forum. They'll have a lot more ideas.
